Agent H LLC: Legal Compliance & User Agreement

Product: Digital Armory™ (Signature Series)

Part I: Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Nature of the "Digital Armory" Appliance

The Digital Armory is a self-hosted personal server. By initiating the setup process, you acknowledge that Agent H LLC (the "Company") provides the hardware and a "hardened" software configuration, but the Company does not maintain remote access, backdoors, or administrative control over the device once delivered.

2. User Ownership & Responsibility

• The "Solo Operator" Rule: You are the sole administrator      of your server. You are responsible for safeguarding your Master      Passwords, WireGuard VPN Keys, and MFA (Multi-Factor      Authentication) devices.
• Loss of Access: Because the Company does not have a "master      key," we cannot recover your data if you lose your passwords. We      strongly recommend following the "Physical Red Folder" protocol      provided in your Field Manual.

3. Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Absolute Security: While the Digital Armory is      built using Special Forces security logic, no system is 100%      impenetrable. Agent H LLC is not liable for data breaches, unauthorized      access, or hardware failures.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the      Company’s total liability for any claim arising from this product shall      not exceed the original purchase price of the hardware.

Part II: Privacy Policy

1. Data Sovereignty (The "Zero-Knowledge" Promise)

We believe in Privacy by Design.

• No Telemetry: The Digital Armory does not "phone      home" to Agent H LLC. We do not track your usage, your IP address, or      the types of files you store.
• No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or      sell your personal information, passwords, or metadata. Your "Digital      Armory" is an island; we are not the bridge.

2. Website & Membership Interaction

If you use the Whiskey Weapons & Wisdom website or premium membership, we collect only the minimal data required to manage your subscription (e.g., email address and billing info). This data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Part III: Safety & Compliance

1. Lawful Use

You agree to use the Digital Armory only for lawful purposes. You may not use this device to store or distribute illegal material. Agent H LLC will comply with all lawful government requests, but as we do not possess your encryption keys, we are technically unable to provide access to your stored data.

2. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Final "Bomb-Proof" Verification

• The Hardware Check: Before shipping, each unit has      undergone a 24-hour stress test.
• The Security Check: All non-essential ports are      closed; only UDP 51820 is available for secure entry.
