Whiskey Weapons Wisdom is passionate about sharing experiences, weapons and whiskey. We conduct in-depth research to sip, explore, and discover unique weapons, learning about their origins, manufacturing processes, and practical applications. While you'll find content about bourbon, vodka, tequila, wine and beer as well; the phrase 'Alcohol, Weapons, Wisdom' just doesn't roll off the tongue. Our devotion to whiskey, weapons, and wisdom stems from over twenty years in the US Special Forces. After several years translating Special Forces mentality into the corporate world, I decided to gift that knowledge to other executives. Here you will find wisdom for executives to use in the boardroom, on Wall Street, or in a street fight. The simplicity of these ideas may surprise you, but rest assured everything here has been tested and is battle proven at the highest levels. On a Special Forces team, we always sought the best weapons (among other equipment needed) but often had to make do with whatever we could recover on the battlefield. Keep in mind the purpose of Special Forces was to infiltrate undetected behind enemy lines to shape a battlefield long before the battle. This battlefield recovery sparked a thirst for knowledge about weapons and imparted wisdom gained from numerous mistakes and successes. A good bourbon was always a welcome reward after a mission, and to this day, we raise a glass in honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Business, Barrels, and Ballistics
Executives frequently navigate unfamiliar territory. Whether meeting potential clients, partners, or the opposition, situational awareness is key. (Visit our Wisdom page for our take on Amor Fati and embracing the unknown.)
We explore the world through the lens of business, barrels, and ballistics. Our adventures take us to the source—the foundries and distilleries where history is forged and bottled—to understand the unique processes of weapons manufacturing and whiskey tasting. By studying these local crafts, we gain insight into how business is truly conducted in each location.
Have a target in mind?We rely on intelligence from the field to guide our next deployment. If you recommend a foundry or distillery and we make the trip, you will be recognized in the mission brief.

We might sip, explore, and discover a good bourbon while discussing what needs to be highlighted. We plan, do the research, travel, conduct interviews, enjoy more whiskey tasting, and of course, use the weapons. We never mix weapons and alcohol. We will spend the day on the range, try many different techniques, weapons, ammunition, targets and ranges. At the end of the day after the weapons are cleaned and properly stored, we will enjoy an adult beverage and discuss the good and the bad. The culmination is a smooth place where you can get all the information without leaving your phone or computer.
